My Entire Journey
My name is Mathis.
And from the very beginning, I wasn’t alone. Ryan and I started working together early on. We were students, broke, curious, and driven by the same obsession: building something bigger than ourselves. Like many people, we didn’t immediately know which entrepreneurial path to take.
But one thing was clear for both of us:

Febuary 2016 – First Steps Into Online Entrepreneurship
In February 2016, Ryan and I discovered the world of online business together. At the time, dropshipping was everywhere: YouTube videos, promises of financial freedom, daily success stories.
So we jumped in.
We tested multiple stores, multiple products, multiple strategies.
We invested time, energy, and money.
And most importantly, we learned.
Very quickly, reality set in: dropshipping is neither simple nor stable.
Competition is brutal, margins shrink, and ad costs explode. Without advanced expertise, a solid team, and a substantial budget, results remain fragile and unpredictable. It wasn’t a useless failure.
It was a foundation.
December 2016 – The Illusion of “Quick-Win” Models
By December 2016, we began exploring other models together: freelancing and advanced e-commerce. On paper, everything looked attractive.
In reality, these models are complex, time-consuming, and heavily dependent on human factors. Finding the right people. Managing trust, communication, consistency, legality. Everything relies on variables you never fully control. That’s when we both understood a fundamental rule:
a good business should not depend on one person, one trend, or one unstable external factor. We weren’t looking for a quick hit. We were looking for an asset.
A model that is:
• scalable
• durable
• controllable
• based on real skills, not luck
2020 – The YouTube Revelation
In 2020, everything changed.
Ryan and I started analyzing YouTube differently not as content creators, but as builders of systems. YouTube isn’t just a video platform.
It’s:

Ads, affiliate marketing, product sales, services, automation…

YouTube is one of the few online businesses that is accessible, powerful, and still massively underutilized.
You don’t need to be famous.
